Residential 3

Recycled beer bottle glass dining light adds
                                                     amazing texture to the space.

Reclaimed wood from the port of Port of Portland, the floors are a show stopper, at least 10 different kinds of imported wood that comprise this beautiful flooring,

The half bath needed to make a statement and to feel larger than it was...To accomplish this we added a large plate glass mirror , a floating slab of walnut with a live edge for the counter, vessel sink and changed vanity lighting to pendants.

Kitchen counter tops were updated to a granite, and added glass tile back splash, where no back splash was previously, changed out appliances and door pulls, and lots of paint.

To help ground the fireplace in the space it needed a face lift, so we brought the front of it out about 3" and added a more substantial darker tile. and now there is more visual weight in the room feeling like there is a purpose to the fireplace being there.

Adding a custom chandelier where there was previously no ceiling light in the stairwell, not only gave light to the space but brought in a needed artistic element to the space.
